HOW TO PLAY ;-)
"WASD" - move Patrick (the player!)
HOLD "S" - Open doors & change outfits when Patrick is in front of the mirror!
"Z" or "Space" - Switch between Patrol Mode & Free Mode for Pete (the bird).
(Patrol Mode sets the bird on a horizontal path above the ship & Free Mode allows the bird to be controlled by a player)
Arrow Keys - move Pete (the bird!)

In case you missed it, this is a Fall Out Boy fan game. Still, I think you’ll have fun even if you don’t know the band’s music… Maybe, haha. :p
For context, this year, I’m focusing on my mental health and therapy. Fall Out Boy’s discography has been the soundtrack to these weird, sad, joyful days. I’m super grateful for their songs & I made this small game to say thanks.
The band's music has ALWAYS resonated with me during the weirdest, hardest times. That’s as true in 2023 as it was in 2015 or 2005. Obviously, I love the new album. It’s a real accomplishment that the music feels SO PERSONAL to me & I’m SO happy it exists!
Lastly, I should mention I do not intend to profit from this game. I just love making games & art & I wanted to make something special for myself and the fandom... and maybe... the band? I dunno lol.

Great work with the game! I like how the main gameplay can be minimized for those in it for the monologues and reference material, while those looking for a challenge can try optimizing their gameplay! Juggling items and dual-controlling Pete are addictive and great for score, but it puts you more at risk of being distracted from the lightning bolts raining down: so maintaining a balance there can be difficult, but always in a way that the player can dial back on! Managing the clutter of falling objects helps to put on some pressure in an entertaining, too! It's very satisfying to get a good grip on it and shove a bunch of props off one side of the ship!
I hope you had lots of fun working on this, and that your self-care is going swimmingly!
Please help me find Pete I lose him everytime and I'm scared I might've accidentally made him fly towards the moon- 😭😭😭
If you press space or z, pete should return to patrol mode and fly back onto the screen! I'm working on a quick update tho to prevent this issue of losing him offscreen! thanks for playing! :0 <3
